Samsung GT-P3100 Keeps Restarting

I have had my tablet, Samsung GT-P3100, for 2 years and never had any problem until yesterday. The tab keeps restarting on its own like every 10 seconds that made me couldn't do anything, even to turn it off. Didn't know how to fix it, I gave it some rest wishing it could come back to life.

This morning, the tab didn't show any sign of recovery so I decided to search the solution online. The only solution I found in the internet was factory reset (ifixit.com and an android forum).

Then my next mission was to hit the "Reset Device" button in 10 seconds.


And I did it.


And it worked hurray.


I just need to restore some data and re-download applications then we can call it a happy ending :)
